We are looking for an individual who is experienced within the Civil Construction Industry to lead our team to support our construction projects across Australia.

**About us**

Ground Stabilisation Systems is a recognised industry leader in providing professional and highly specialised engineering services to the Civil Construction, Mining, and Transport Infrastructure industries. GSS has built its enviable reputation on quality and service and enjoys constant repeat business from a long list of valued clients by always delivering successful outcomes for client projects.

**About the Role**

As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of our construction projects. In this role, you will oversee a team ranging in size from 10 to 25 to ensure the project is adequately resourced and quality standards are consistently met.

Whilst the primary purpose of this role will be to oversee the day to day running of our projects, we are looking for an individual who is a team player and thrives on diversity in their role. As a growing business, our team members are willing to support other areas of the business as required. The diversity of tasks within this role offers you the opportunity to broaden your skill set and gain experience in other areas of our business.

To support the needs of the business there will be a requirement for you to travel and work away from home on a rostered system (i.e., three weeks away, one week at home). During these times, you will be generously remunerated

**About you**

You are a driven individual who meets the following criteria:

- 4 years’ experience in the Civil Construction Industry;
- Certificate IV in Construction Management or similar;
- Experience in people management;
- Demonstrates strong communication skills;
- Experience with onboarding and inductions;
- Extensive commitment and understanding of work health and safety;
- Practical minded with a hands-on approach;
- Superior time management skills; and
- A current driver’s license.

An immediate start after completing a Pre-Employment health check is required.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year
