**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Caravan Sales Representative** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves handling **warm leads only** - there is no cold calling required. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and have an interest in caravans or the outdoor lifestyle, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through the caravan purchase process, including explaining features and options.
- Conduct video and face-to-face product walkthroughs and inspections.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using our CRM system.
- Represent CARLIGHT at caravan shows and exhibitions when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- A valid driver’s license (essential) and the ability to tow caravans (training provided if necessary).
- Ability to work at our Girraween, NSW office at least 3 days per week.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the caravan or outdoor lifestyle industry is a bonus.
- An interest in marketing or digital promotions is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $46.47 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
