**About the role**:
**Lead ERP Excellence at Unitywater**

We’re on the lookout for an inclusive and forward-thinking **IT Leader - ERP Systems** to guide and grow a high-performing team responsible for the support, optimisation and strategic evolution of our ERP platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with business leaders across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technology to drive smart solutions that boost performance, improve resilience, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

**Leadership & Strategy**
- Lead and manage the ERP Systems team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture through coaching, mentoring and development.
- Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for ERP improvements in collaboration with key business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP processes across Finance, HR, and Procurement, ensuring alignment to best practice and compliance.

**ERP System Management**
- Ensure effective technical and functional support, maintenance, and optimisation of ERP components.
- Maintain ERP security and resilience through access reviews, compliance alignment, and system continuity planning.
- Lead regular reviews to ensure ERP systems are efficient, effective, and meet evolving business needs.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as the primary contact for ERP vendor relationships and ensure optimal support and service delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to prioritise and resolve incidents and system enhancements, ensuring seamless operations.

**Governance & Risk**
- Oversee implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure systems meet audit, risk, and business continuity requirements.

- Tertiary qualification in IT, management, or a business-related discipline.

**Technical & Functional Expertise**
- Deep understanding of HR, Finance, and Procurement systems and services.
- Knowledge of TechnologyOne or similar ERP platforms.
- Expertise in technology service performance, availability, capacity, and information security.
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical system design and requirements.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Influence**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage up to executive level.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and customer-centric collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to represent and embed the voice of the customer in business solutions.

**Vendor & Contract Management**
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships, service performance, and contract optimisation.
- Able to balance day-to-day service delivery with long-term efficiency improvements.
