What We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Officer to join our high performing IT team. You'll play a critical role in providing analysis and efficient IT service to the organisation.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Conducting business analysis as needs arise
  • Performing system analysis including evaluations and reviews
  • Recommending products and services and providing advice to internal departments
  • Developing proposals, frameworks and models to assist with business improvement

What You'll Need For Success

  • Experience in a similar position focused on business or systems analysis including problem resolution, support call management, and business process design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
  • Experience in the support and implementation of ERP products

What's Nice To Have

  • Experience working with the TechnologyOne suite of products
  • Experience in local government
