Focus on early, timely and personal face to face claims management, helping injured workers return to work and supporting their employers.

Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to support a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will be both out on the road and within the office where you will build relationships with both injured workers and employers, ensuring you provide them with the best possible service. Whilst doing this, you will be working together to develop and implement a plan to assist their return to work journey. Within this role you will be trained and developed by our inhouse Learning and Development team and supported by the business.

This will be a **permanent** position commencing **ASAP** based in the **Adelaide** office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver personalised face-to-face assistance to workers and employers
- Conduct community visits inclusive of but not limited to work sites or medical clinics
- Assist and provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as the injured worker, current employers and other external providers
- Build rapport with your stakeholders by attending community-based visits at some of the required work sites and medical clinics
- Ensure your case management is in accordance with SA legislation and compliance guidelines
- Pro-actively manage rehabilitation providers and the approvals of rehabilitation plans

**ABOUT YOU**
- Flexibility to work on the road and in the office
- Current full Australian Drivers License
- Allied Health background is desirable - understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
- Own vehicle with a 5 star ANCAP rating, insurance & current unrestricted SA Drivers License
- Enjoy helping customers to deliver the best possible outcomes for our injured workers
- To have a basic understanding of medical terminology is beneficial
- Effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and what is important to them to enable their recovery and return to work
