**Job description - HR Administrator**
The HR Administrator will support the head of People and Culture and work in a tight-knit team of 4 to support the wider team in all administrative matters and maintain a great workplace culture.
**Key responsibilities - HR Administrator**
- In this HR Administrator role, you can expect the following tasks, but are not limited to:_
- Onboarding: ensure all new starters feel welcome and have everything you need
- Offboarding: assist with the process and support administratively
- Prepare documentation for employee life cycle events
- Generate employee data reports using Excel skills
- Work with the People & Culture team to drive initiatives aligned with People goals
- Build genuine relationships internally and be a business brand ambassador
**Job requirements - HR Administrator**
- Ideally some administrative experience
- A positive attitude and team player
- Highly organised, methodical thinker
- Ability to handle high volumes of work with clear attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUP’s experience is a plus)
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- The ability to build relationships with ease
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience with Office 365 is desirable
