The Ezycoat Sales Account Manager will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing the Ezycoat sales strategy for the QLD Acratex business across Resellers and Key Texture Accounts. The role will provide strong leadership and work collaboratively with the Acratex Sales team, Trade sales team, and stores to ensure sales are maximised and strong profitability.
As part of the wider Acratex team, you will be accountable for managing our Ezycoat Sales Portfolio including selling the full coatings system. You will work with the State Sales Manager to set, communicate and execute our strategic imperatives to ensure the delivery of key financial and non-financial objectives.
You will develop your customers to increase the sales value of the entire Ezycoat product range through direct sales and through the reseller channel in QLD
**Responsibilities**
- Provide regular project updates and insights in lead generation, reseller sales by segmentation, and support to prepare customer presentations including sales briefs. Provide Reseller training and education to market stakeholders
- Complete Reseller Training and Activity - track and record.
- Track KPIs and performance of coating sales in QLD
- Track and Develop the Ezycoat Category in the residential housing market through direct sales engagement. Direct Responsibility for Customers.
- Manage and develop B2B relationships that provide a full system selling opportunity with texture coatings.
- Help plan the execution of quarterly sales and marketing initiatives across the respective channels & store network.
- Analyse market, channel, and customer sales data to ascertain better insights

**Skills & Experience**
- Be a self-motivated
- Experience in consultative selling
- Ability to utilise and harness the power of our sales and marketing tools including CRM
- Previous experience in Customer Management in Paints and Coatings would be highly valued
