**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional & engaging Indigenous Business Support Officer / Receptionist to join their team in Parramatta. You will be required to work a rotating roster across two shifts 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of business support services to staff across the business
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the face of the organisation, delivering professional frontline services
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Maintain workplace security by issuing and collecting access passes and liaising with building management regarding car parking
- Maintain reception processes and procedures manual
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Order stationery, supplies and maintain office equipment
- Create purchase orders and pay invoices
- Assist with the management of a small fleet of vehicles
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, engagement and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
