**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an** Assistant Property Manager** to work closely with the Property Managers to execute strategic plans, manage tenant relations, and maintain property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with property managers, ensuring precision in our Cirrus8 database for accurate record-keeping.
- Engage with tenants and landlords, providing top-tier service and support as needed.
- Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of our assets.
- Support the Property Managers on lease renewals and leasing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and distributing comprehensive monthly reports to clients.
- Handle invoice processing efficiently, ensuring accurate financial management.
- Draft and dispatch tenant rent review notifications, maintaining transparent communication.
- Support the property management team in budgeting and financial reconciliations.

**About You**:

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and property management systems like Cirrus8.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships both internally and externally.
- A genuine interest in real estate, keen insight into market trends, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in document preparation and report writing.
- Strong communication skills, essential for team collaboration, tenant liaison, and delivering client reports.
