This is a 12 months FTC (Maternity cover) role with a hybrid workplace policy.

**Job Description**:

- To provide high quality advice and timely support to the Australian Information Technology Team and the Australian business.
- Maintain and support critical office technology components including virtual & physical servers and networks.
- Manage and support core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, SCCM, SCVMM, backup processes, telephony systems, workstation patching and deployments.
- Support and Manage IDS, AV and EDS systems.
- Support internal users with operation, technical and troubleshooting requests.
- Write and maintain documentation for all office IT configurations and procedures.
- Be responsive and people oriented in all communications to form strong relationships across the company.
- Manage Office 365 for the AU operations.

Key accountabilities / Measures:

- Take ownership of office IT throughout the lifecycle and drive delivery to end users.
- Continuously improve processes.
- Effective resolution of assigned tickets and tasks.
- Documentation and Knowledge sharing.

Working Conditions:

- Occasional interstate travel.
- Occasional out of hour's conferencing with overseas colleagues.
- Occasional out of hours or weekend work.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline (_preferred_).

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

- Demonstrated experience in a Systems Administrator role.
- Demonstrated experience in Advanced troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience managing a fleet of 150+ machines.
- Demonstrated experience in administering all aspects of SCCM.
- Prior experience with installing and configuring the Windows stack.
- Scripting experience/ PowerShell Experience desirable.
- Exposure to Hyper-V, SCVMM, SCCM.
