**Our Client**

With a belief that wealth is accessible to everyone, our client has gone from recent start-up to 25 staff and over 400 members and are continuing their growth at a rapid rate. More of a tech start-up than investment property agency, they offer advice and mentorship to property investors, and across their team have more than 100 years’ worth of experience

Due to this growth, they are now building out their upper management tier and seek an experience Operations Manager as part of this

**Duties**

Basically this role is the 2IC to the newly created COO, you will be the backbone of the back office and have a hand across HR, Legal, Admin, Accounts, Systems & Procedures and Stakeholders (internal & external)
- Oversee the entire Client Care and back office administration functions to maximise settled deals
- Liaison with Head of IT to innovate and automate the back office processes and enhance functionality of our customer portal
- Manage our monthly payroll, expenses claim and financial reporting requirements with the assistance of an external accounting team (outsourced)
- Responsible for the HR function including recruitment with the assistance of an external HR/Legal team (outsourced)
- Other general operations and office duties

**Specific requirements**
- Experience in a similar role within a SME (ideally Real Estate industry)
- Be passionate about being the ‘go to’ person
- Comfortable working a Hybrid or 100% office model (2 days min expected)
- Proven skill in driving innovation and processes (IT savvy)
- Be a convenient commute to the Lower North Shore for at least 2 days a week
