**What this job involves**

JLL is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator to support the onsite staff with operational activities, providing customer-related support and administrative assistance to ensure excellent facility management services. Key areas include procurement, vendor management, finance, health and safety, and site operations.

**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Operations
- Deliver superior customer service
- Support vendor management and onboarding
- Assist with financial processes
- Manage site access and contractor escorts
- Oversee site cleanliness

Property Administration
- Maintain electronic records for residential properties
- Support residential estate budget management
- Coordinate maintenance work with Technical Officer

Health, Safety and Risk Management
- Assist in safety audits and compliance checks
- Follow incident reporting and escalation procedures
- Adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines

You’ll have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment.
- Collaborative team player

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and professional approach
- Basic understanding of facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in general facilities and workplace administration
