Key areas include procurement, vendor management, finance, health and safety, and site operations.A snapshot of your responsibilities:Operations Deliver superior customer serviceSupport vendor management and onboardingAssist with financial processesManage site access and contractor escortsOversee site cleanlinessProperty AdministrationMaintain electronic records for residential propertiesSupport residential estate budget managementCoordinate maintenance work with Technical OfficerHealth, Safety and Risk Management Assist in safety audits and compliance checksFollow incident reporting and escalation proceduresAdhere to JLL's business conduct guidelinesInterested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:You'll have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment.
