Imagine a role where you can impact the lives of children and families in a very special way. Our client operates an early learning centre that is located inside the Royal Childrens Hospital. The service is exceeding 6 of the 7 elements and houses eight purpose-built spaces with an abundance of outdoor shared areas. At full occupancy, the service is licensed to 120 children.
Environmentally friendly rooms have been designed to highlight the views of the surrounding nature. A large piazza area captures the heart of Bambini with a modern flowing design, lighting and uplifting character. This vibrant area encapsulates the art studio alongside the large kitchen space, perfect for encouraging creativity amongst the children.

**Requirements of the role include**:
A completed Diploma in Child Services (or above)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Proven ability to provide high-quality, innovative programs
A calm and nurturing nature and a commitment to best practice
Extensive, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
