**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on the accessibility of education. You will deliver strategic communications and stakeholder engagement advice and support for the Online Education Implementation Project.

We are developing a new approach to online education, focussed on graduate programs in Australia and internationally. This initiative aligns with the vision of _Advancing Students and Education_ to provide a more diverse cohort of students with greater flexibility, accessibility, and education quality.

This role will plan, develop, coordinate and produce a broad range of communications activities to support key priorities and programs related to the planning and implementation of the Melbourne Online Education Implementation Project.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, preparing, delivering and leading proactive communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Be an active member of the Project Team, working closely with other embers and attending project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement meetings.
- Producing timely content for a variety of internal and external channels including, news and opinion pieces, staff hub, websites, Pursuit, events, as well as digital and social media platforms.

**Who we are looking for**
You should be an excellent communicator, with proven ability to build, establish and maintain relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. You can navigate complexity and ambiguity, and you strive to exceed operational excellence and quality assurance goals.

You will also have:

- Demonstrated substantial work experience working on Project Communications Delivery, with a substantial change objective, such as the introduction of a new system or new structure.
- Demonstrated successful delivery of strategic activities within a project environment within a large and complex organisation.
- Considerable experience in complex decision making requiring high levels of expertise and judgement.
- Strong focus and demonstrated track record in delivering exceptional client service.
