We're searching for a concept-led Video Producer — a creative strategist and storyteller who can develop bold ideas and collaborate with the team to turn them into standout social video content.

You'll work closely with our founder, our social media strategist (to ensure creative aligns with paid performance), camera operators, and our post-production team to produce high-performing campaigns that make brands move.

You'll lead the creative from concept to execution, shaping the look, feel, and rhythm of every production. You'll have the freedom to experiment, direct on-location shoots, and guide creative output — all while being supported by an experienced team and a founder who's deeply invested in your growth.

• Lead the full production process — from ideation and storyboarding to shoot direction and post-production delivery.
• Concept and execute social-first campaigns that align with CORSA's pillars of Strategy | Creative | Amplification.
• Collaborate with the social strategist to ensure your creative connects emotionally and performs commercially.
• Stay across social media best practices, formats, and emerging trends to create content that cuts through on every platform.
• Work hands-on with camera operators for on-location filming, ensuring creative excellence from set to screen.
• Partner with our post-production team to ensure every edit tells a story that moves people and drives performance.
• Manage multiple brand projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
• Identify new creative opportunities, helping CORSA elevate its work and its clients' results.

• Proven experience producing and directing content shoots for social media.
• A deep understanding of social platform behaviours, algorithms, and audience psychology — particularly what drives engagement and conversion on Instagram (and ideally TikTok).
• An eye for what works creatively online — understanding trends, pacing, hooks, captions, and how to make content that stops the scroll.
• Strong skills in concepting, scripting, and storyboarding, turning strategy into captivating visual ideas.
• Confidence to lead creative ideas while collaborating closely with strategy, production, and post teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for simplicity, storytelling, and helping brands move forward.
