To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Governance, Risk & Assurance (GRA) Analyst to join our team.

**The Role**

**In addition you will**:

- Support internal governance by maintaining up-to-date documentation of corporate policies and procedures, governance registers (MoA, conflict of interest), monitor and investigate non-compliances, identify improvement opportunities and facilitate effective roll-out of changes.
- Foster up-to-date awareness and capabilities of Arrow staff on risk management through internal engagements and maintained of Arrow’s Risk Management Framework (Policy, Procedure and RAM).
- Contribute to Company assurance by participating in GRA-led assurance activities, including internal audit, second line of defence (2LOD) reviews and ad-hoc investigations.
- Provide visibility over assurance activities by maintaining the Arrow Assurance Tracker, including assurance reporting for BAC
- Contribute to company-wide compliance improvement by coordinating the Compliance Assurance Program, assisting with the Cority post implementation compliance assessment and providing ongoing support to the Cority system.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant university degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce);
- Finance Professional (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA, relevant Compliance/ Audit qualification);
- Sound knowledge on governance principles, risk management, regulatory compliance and business control frameworks;
- Sound financial background with well developed business acumen;
- Experience in internal audit, risk & controls management, regulatory compliance or related activities;
- Proven experience in either in a large corporate or a Big-4 professional services firm highly regarded.
