**How will I Help?**

As a Team Leader in our Mortgage Operations, which is a key part of our Group Operations team, you will be responsible for bringing our group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts. Mortgage Operations is a diverse operational business that handles originations, servicing and contact centre functions. The role operates in accordance with Compliance & Privacy requirements and manages operational risk effectively.

The key focus of this role is to create and maintain a business unit that is focused on delivering a high level of customer service, developing a high performing and skilled workforce and cost-efficient business practices. This is an exciting and challenging role and will suit a flexible individual with excellent influencing skills and leads by empowering people.

**What do I need?**

You will need to have experience in a call centre environment have in depth knowledge of call centre performance metrics. A background in Banking and Finance would be highly desirable but not essential. You will be comfortable with change management and be confident to coach your team through change.

In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Strong leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport
- Innovative ideas to influence change
- Resilience and ability to make decisions in a fast past environment

**This role is a permanent, full-time position, based out of our Kogarah office, with an opportunity to work from home 1 day a week. You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 8.30am to 8pm.
