Lead a team in Mortgage Operations - Based in Kogarah - Will be leading a "Start Up" Business Unit **How will I Help?** As a Team Leader in our Mortgage Operations, which is a key part of our Group Operations team, you will be responsible for bringing our group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts. Mortgage Operations is a diverse operational business that handles originations, servicing and contact centre functions. The role operates in accordance with Compliance & Privacy requirements and manages operational risk effectively. The key focus of this role is to create and maintain a business unit that is focused on delivering a high level of customer service, developing a high performing and skilled workforce and cost-efficient business practices. You will be leading in a “Start Up” Business Unit and will be tasked with creating the culture for your people. A background in Banking and Finance would be highly desirable but not essential. You will have excellent communication skills to influence a positive change within the team and build strong and effective relationships with both internal and external team. You’ll understand environments with complex process’s and bring new coaching concepts to support your team. You will have strong leadership skills to drive your team in the right direction and be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable with change and have great workflow management and a holistic overview in people and be able to provide necessary conflict resolution.
