The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.As the Executive Manager, HR reporting to the Head of HR, People and Culture, you will drive, support, and embed the Group HR Strategy in Australia and New Zealand, delivering sustainable people results by partnering with the Senior Executive team.
- You will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner on strategic and operational business issues, provide active leadership and commitment to high standards of corporate responsibility and compliance through effective risk management, ensure the wellbeing of team members and proactively work to identify and manage workplace exposures which may precipitate workplace stress, bullying, harassment, and discrimination. You will also play a key role on the People & Culture Leadership team, contributing to broader enterprise transformational change and drive and adapt new ways of working based on agile methodology.- Important to your success - let’s grow together- Relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive experience in a HR Generalist/Consulting role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to seamlessly transition from strategic thought leadership to operational delivery.
- Proven ability to execute on strategic plans and HR initiatives.
- Experience in a global organisation and a track record of delivering change in a complex environment.
- Data driven with the ability to use data and insights to provide sustainable people solutions.
- Experience working within an agile environment, advantageous.
