Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
Undertaking various administrative tasks.
Maintaining and managing
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Purchasing
- Inventory
- Payroll
- Point of sale reconciliation
**Producing management reports including**:
- Daily & Monthly nurses treatment summaries
- Other business analysis as required
**Representing and working closely with Director/Owner with regards to**:
Staff, customers & suppliers
**Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed organisational skills
- A methodical approach to completing work
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced Excel and intermediate Word skills
- Xero accounting system experience
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience & knowledge of bookkeeping practices
**Abilities**
- Able to work semi autonomously
- Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
- A proactive approach to the role
- Willingness to learn and ability to use initiative
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior position with an Australian business
- Able to demonstrate experience/knowledge gained in previous position(s)
Remuneration/ Hours
Position: Permanent 38 hours/week
**Salary**: $90,000.00 per year based on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
