**Who We're Looking For**

As our Product Manager, you'll be paramount in the evolution of CorePlan's products as it progresses to the next stage in global domination. This role is about understanding our customers' needs, identifying opportunities for innovation, and turning your vision into a product that transforms the mining industry.

You'll work closely with our engineering, design, and sales, success and marketing teams to guide product development from conception to launch.

**Some Key Responsibilities**- Deliver on our company mission and product vision by translating them into an actionable product strategy and corresponding roadmap.- Managing the product roadmap and prioritising features based on strategic fit, potential impact, and resource availability.- Refining product ideas and feature requests into user problems and quantifying their value based on an in-depth understanding of our customers, market, and business goals.- Enabling customer-led and data-driven product development by gathering user feedback and usage data and collaborating across cross-functional teams.- Collaborating on product design and development to ensure that released features solve real user problems.- Tracking product development and delivery to ensure features are released according to plan.- Supporting product market messaging and effectively communicated feature releases.- Providing information and support to enable teams to create comprehensive internal and customer-facing training materials and documentation.

**Qualifications and Fit**- Proven experience in a SaaS environment (min 4 years), ideally within product management.- Prior experience within the mining industry or digital transformation is strongly preferred.- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and product management methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration with different company functions and stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.- A passion for technology and startups.
