In a vital role, our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to autonomously take ownership of the payroll function. This role will be an exciting opportunity for those looking for their next challenge

**Job Duties**
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, the role will involve taking taking ownership of payroll, with key tasks involving:

- End to end payroll processing for 300+ employees
- Develop and strive for process improvement to improve efficiency
- Reconciliation of payroll accounts and reporting as required
- Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
- Relevant reporting duties
- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
- Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders

The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Payroll Manager position along with the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Effective time management with a forward thinking mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to positive influence
