**Our Opportunity**
Due to internal movement we are really excited to be recruiting a Practice / Office Manager to join our head office in Tullamarine and manage NVP’s flagship clinics in Essendon and Moonee Ponds (potentially South Melbourne).
In this role you will manage and contribute to the success of NVP’s clinics and oversee the administrative activities whilst providing guidance and support to our dedicated teams.
This is a hands on and diverse role, and a pivotal position within our head office team where you will be committed to the broader business vision, our people and financial goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting and developing our administration teams.
- Coordinating clinician and staff rosters and schedules.
- Demonstrating high level customer care and supporting the management of client enquiries and referrals.
- Working and liaising with NDIS, government bodies and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and colleagues including NVP's HR, marketing, accounts and management teams.
- General office coordination and oversight.
- Financial reporting duties including assistance with payroll information
- Troubleshooting and identifying areas of service improvement.

You will succeed in this role if you are:
- Able to work unsupervised and autonomously to prioritise and manage daily tasks,
- Flexible to work between Tullamarine, Moonee Ponds and Essendon and support the teams during opening times.
- Approachable, a strong communicator and able to build effective relationships at work.
- Highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Able to act with urgency, thrive under pressure and manage issues as they might arise.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally we require 2 years practice management experience in a health related or aligned field.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading effective teams.
- Sound knowledge of operational practice issues.
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare compliance, codes & billing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working with a CRM (we use PracSuite).
- Previous experience in financial / payroll management (MYOB) would be advantageous.
**Additional Information**
This is a full-time position working standard business hours across Monday to Friday with some flexibility around start and finish times. NVP require this position to be worked onsite, with some allowances for remote working.
