- **Role Summary**_

Our Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining our superior food production equipment for both our store in Bunbury and in Vasse. We require dedicated and detail-oriented Service Technicians, whose primary role and responsibility is to follow the schedule for Preventative Maintenance on our food production equipment, with the training and support of our Facilities Co-ordinator.
- **Duties will include**_
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on various production equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems
- Performing installations and upgrades of mechanical equipment
- Liaising and working with Department Managers on a day-today basis to trouble shoot potential problems to be addressed with the Facilities Manager
- Providing excellent customer service communication
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- **Qualifications & Accountability**_
- Previous experience in a similar food service role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, tools and technology
- Be highly organised whilst being suitably flexible
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 2 years of experience as Service Technician or related field

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
