We have an exciting role for Paul Smith located within the David Jones store in Melbourne, Bourke St. In this role, you will be a Brand Ambassador and responsible for ensuring the brand has a positive presence within the store. You will develop in depth product knowledge in order to deliver the best possible customer service. Combining your product knowledge with your engaging personal manner, you will listen to your customers’ tastes and requirements, tailoring your advice and recommendations accordingly in order to maximise sales. **The Role**
Acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
Achieving and maximising set sales targets.
Developing full product knowledge throughout the area.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Building strong working relationships with the David Jones team.
Giving relevant business feedback as a Paul Smith employee and reporting into the Paul Smith Visual Manager.
Delivering the brand visual standards while ensuring that stock levels are maintained to the required company standard.
