
Reporting Analyst

**About the role**
Reporting to the National Operations Support (NOS) Reporting and Insight Manager, you will support the Reporting and Insight Analytics team. You will maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements, identify means to improve systems including report development and needs assessment, reporting analysis and recommendations. You will be responsible for process documentation including reviewing and evaluating content and reports, as well as contribute towards continuous improvement and innovation. This position is fulltime working predominantly Monday to Friday.
**About you**
You are a proactive self-starter with a strong focus on continuous improvement and have exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, and to communicate complex ideas by adopting a creative and practical approach. You thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment and combine your strong attention to detail with an ability to see the bigger picture. You have excellent planning and time management skills and can work independently to manage and deliver concurrent activities / initiatives. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
- Proven business analytics experience in a commercial environment
- Sound experience working with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Microsoft Azure
- Experience analysing information needs and functional requirements to deliver results
- Strong reporting, analytical and presentation skills.
This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
