**Position Description**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
**About the Role**:
The Regional Finance Officer will provide finance and administration support for our NSW Branches located in Newcastle & Sydney as well as providing support for the NSW State Manager. This is a multi-faceted role which will require you to collaboratively work with multiple departments across our national team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Accounts Payable **processing for NSW branch supplier invoices, including.
- Efficiently matching supplier invoices with purchase orders, delivery dockets, requisitions, etc.
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices and credit notes within Insphire and Evolution.
- Accurate recognition of due dates for payment processing and cashflow management.
- Effective communication with relevant stakeholders to resolve purchasing/invoicing queries.

**Accounts Receivable**

act as conduit between State Sales Team and Head Office Accounts Receivable Team, specifically for the following.
- New Customer Credit Applications
- Assist Head Office Accounts Receivable Team with customer follow up, including Collections & Customer Account Queries.

**Administrative Support**

Executive Assistance to the State Manager, including actioning confidential documentation & travel bookings

**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:
**Skills and experience**

**Essential**:

- Driver’s License (Minimum provisional);
- Demonstrated accounts experience;
- Demonstrated experience with Evolution accounting software and Insphire equipment hire software (or similar);
- Ability to effectively work autonomously, with limited supervision and in a team environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills.
