The Role
This is not a cookie cutter broker job. Think of it as a strategic broker pathway designed to bolt onto the skills of an existing broker who wants to push into the top tier, or to accelerate someone from broker support into a fully fledged broker career.
You will be in the seat from day one, working live on complex, high stakes deals, not sitting on the sidelines. You will be coached, challenged, and backed with the systems, strategy, and support that let you grow unapologetically. The goal is to turn you into the kind of broker who does not just survive in this industry, but thrives in the top one percent.

Care - People matter. Good reasons with good intentions get good outcomes, inside and outside the office.
Chaos - Maybe we are the chaos. Maybe the office is a circus. Maybe thats the formula
Caffeine - Recommended daily intake: high
Complexity - Simple deals bore us. Give us the gnarly ones.

SALARY & PROGRESSION:
Depending on experience, you'll start between $75k–$90k base.
Progression is structured:
Broker Associate → Senior Associate → Strategist → Broker.
At Broker level you'll receive $90k base + uncapped commission + car & tools of trade, with high performers earning $250k+ GPA and annual base jumps along the way.
WEALTH CREATION & KNOWLEDGE:
