**About the role**

As our Group Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for our compliance reporting and training to embed our Compliance Framework and Protecht, our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) database-driven system. You’ll be working closely with the Group Compliance Manager, our GRC team, co-ordinating the Compliance Cohort and cross-functional teams, to maintain and elevate compliance maturity across the business.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Coordinating group-wide compliance reporting and dashboards
- Assist in maintaining obligations, controls and actions and highlighting exceptions
- Maintaining and enhance the processes, systems and other documentation underpinning the Compliance Policy and Framework
- Driving compliance forums and training initiatives
- Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams for alignment of outcomes
- Mature and enhance our compliance systems

- Ideally you will have experience in risk management / frameworks, governance and energy regulation - Protecht system experience a major plus
