**What's on offer?**:
You will be responsible for the coordination and allocation of Quality Audits. You will work closely with Site Quality Controllers and support them in time management of each inspection / audit.

In addition to this, you will work closely with the Warranty Management group to collate information for the purpose of periodic feedback to the business to drive improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Review the daily construction report and schedule Quality Audits
- Manage calendars of the Site Quality Controllers
- Drive business improvement in Warranty and Compliance
- Create then maintain reporting templates
