The Clerical Support Officer will provide timely and accurate administrative support to the various departmental managers of the Illawarra Cancer Care Centre, whilst working under the direct supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager.

Illawarra Cancer Care Centre Departmental Managers include but are not limited to: Nurse Unit Manager, Deputy Chief Radiation Therapist, Director; Radiation Oncology Medical Physics and Clinical Trials Manager.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
