Training Coordinator

Experienced Training Coordinator required for resources based organisation North of the River.
Our client is currently within growth phase in their People and Culture function, and now wish to expand upon their capability by bringing on board an experienced Training Coordinator.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
- Coordination of all mandatory and professional training with both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop relationships with external training providers and TAFEs
- Coordination of the entire apprenticeship program
- Maintenance and development of the LMS system
- Design and develop the induction and onboarding process and systems
- Provide training needs analysis
- Develop strong working relationships with the HSE and other related divisions
It is essential that you have held a similar position within an organisation that is continuing to develop and is strongly based around putting people first. You will have prior exposure to the management and development of LMS systems and ideally can demonstrate where you have worked in tandem with HSE to ensure risk mitigation and the provision of a safe working culture. This is an opportunity where you will be given clear direction and then be expected to work autonomously, continuous improvement of both processes and systems will give you the chance to be creative and methodical, and allow for the development of best practice.
