**The Role**:
Reporting to Anthony Millet, Partner and Co-Head of Global Capital, the Global Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for the Capital team, who are responsible for attracting investment into Antler’s various global funds. The role will be responsible for crafting and optimizing marketing strategies that effectively engage investors, Limited Partners, and other capital stakeholders.

This position requires expertise in CRM systems (Affinity, HubSpot), marketing automation, and content strategy. A strong understanding of venture capital, investment management and financial products and service would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- ** Ownership of Capital CRM & Marketing Automation**
- Determine opportunities for increased efficiency & automation across the global Capital team’s CRM & marketing automation platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies for the Capital team, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted investor communications
- Design, implement, and optimise marketing automation workflows tailored to investor journeys and capital raising initiatives
- Serve as the primary administrator for Capital team's CRM platforms
- Develop content distribution strategies for fund updates, portfolio performance reports, and other capital-related communications
- Build data-driven nurture sequences for different investor personas throughout the fundraising cycle
- Collaborate with Capital & Global Content teams to develop compelling content across the nurturing lifecycle that effectively communicates investment theses, fund performance, and portfolio company successes
- Oversee website content updates related to investor relations and capital raising initiatives
- Ensure all communications maintain consistency with Antler's brand while speaking effectively to sophisticated financial audiences
- ** Performance Analytics & Reporting**
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for the Capital team
- Create comprehensive reports on investor engagement, content effectiveness, and marketing funnel performance
- Use data analysis to continuously refine targeting strategies and messaging approaches
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Capital team to understand investment priorities and translate them into effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to ensure alignment of Capital marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams and locations to develop compelling nurture narratives when appropriate

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation/marketing operations, preferably in venture capital, private equity, or financial services
- Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot certification ideal)
- Experience designing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from campaign and engagement data
- Superior writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing narratives
- Strong project management abilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Strong understanding of investor relations, fundraising processes, and financial communications an advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Webflow CMS for website content management
- Experience collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations as they pertain to investor communications
- Experience working specifically with venture capital or investment firms
- Knowledge of financial regulations related to marketing and communications in the investment space
