**Job Description**:
This position is perfect for a results-oriented, hands on marketer who is passionate about technology and digital commerce. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both product and partnership marketing for the eCommerce segment globally and work with regional marketing teams on go to market execution and direct acquisition. Stakeholder management will be critical as you work with sales and partnerships teams, directly with partners, product and technology functions and commercial marketing.
**What you do**
- You will be an integral part of the marketing team and will partner with our other B2B marketers globally and other cross-functional teams to plan and successfully implement initiatives that help achieve our ambitious growth targets in this vertical.
- You will collaborate with the product teams to continuously bring customer insight into the product roadmap and lead on product marketing to shape client communication and creative assets specific to segment
- You will work with global CRM teams on lifecycle management and segment campaigns
- You will be responsible for developing GTM partnership strategy and execution for key global partners who form part of the distribution channel and or the broader value proposition. This extends across proposition design and campaign planning and execution from events to content on marketing channels
- Understand the eCommerce buyer and partner with cross-functional marketing teams - content, communications, customers, digital, events and enablement - to ensure the marketing plan and business strategy is aligned with the specific customer needs in each region.
- Be informed about our competitive landscape and leverage this knowledge to identify where we stand out.
- Partner with regional marketing and analytics teams to set and report against the right measures.
- You pride yourself on great marketing execution and delivery of commercial results.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
**Knowledge, skills, experience**
- 5+ years' experience in product & partner marketing
- Experience within a high-tech company, payments, Financial Services, FX or online retailer a prerequisite
- Experience crafting go-to-market plans and driving them forward for effective product launches, with a solid understanding of the process and stages needed.
- Ability to craft crisp, targeted value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- A passion for reporting results and an understanding of how to present the data in a way that makes sense
- Strong communicator - both written and verbal and interpersonal
- Excellent project management skills - able to keep projects on track or pivot to accommodate changing priorities.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with executives, technical and non-technical team members alike
- Very comfortable working remotely and influencing without “being in the room”.
- Understanding of B2C and B2B eCommerce processes highly desirable.
