As their Marketing Specialist, you will oversee and manage various B2B/B2C marketing efforts to ensure the successful delivery of their marketing strategy, including promotions, campaigns, collaborations and all types of content for both digital and traditional channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead marketing promotions and activities, ensuring they align with our brand vision.
- Take charge of product launches and collaborations with top-tier industry brands.
- Spearhead Global Sourcing initiatives.
- Implement effective campaign strategies, meeting objectives within budget and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set and achieve key marketing metrics.
- Engage audiences through innovative social media campaigns.
- Enhance in-store experience with creative merchandising and point-of-sale initiatives.
- Craft compelling content to boost online visibility and SEO.
- Produce diverse marketing materials for digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee the upkeep of our eCommerce platform, ensuring a stellar user experience.

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the wholesale construction sector.
- Skills in omnichannel marketing, data analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in graphic design and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
