SICE ANZ is looking for a Testing and Commissioning manager who will play a key role in the delivery of the WestConnex M6 Stage 1 project.

The Testing and Commissioning Manager will plan, organise, control, coordinate and monitor progress of the testing and commissioning activities of the project.

Key responsibilities of this role include the folowing:

- Analysing and managing traceability of engineering requirements from the contract and design to the testing documentation.
- Development and monitoring of the project testing strategy
- Manage the preparation of Testing and Commissioning Plans, Testing Specifications, Procedures and Test Documentation
- Definition and coordination of the testing program for the project, ensuring testing targets and objectives being met as defined in the project program
- Defects management, analysis and reporting
- Coordination of defect triage meetings with the project teams, client and vendors
- Coordinate test environments preparation and releases
- Liaise with the Client and other relevant stakeholders to manage and solve defects and incidents
- Coordinate and communicate with onshore and offshore project teams in relation to testing and commissioning activities
- Support the test cases preparation and execution as required.
- Ensuring engineering standards of quality, security, safety, timeliness and performance are met.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience leading large engineering teams.
- Extensive experience with defect management tools, requirement traceability tools, development management environments and general office tools.
- Experience with SCADA or real-time software preferred.
