**Company Description**
Our **Learning & Development** team are recruiting for their newest team member to step into the role of **Learning & Development Coordinator**, on a part-time basis.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this **position plays a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of quality training and development**. In this role, you will be responsible for providing **high level support** to the L&D department and be the point of contact for new and existing employees with the coordination of their learning needs.

As Learning & Development Coordinator your main responsibility with be overseeing the** coordination of our training calendar, Kieser Induction Training (KIT), and Kieser wide professional development initiatives**.

This role is suitable to individuals passionate about developing others, can demonstrate superior coordination and time management skills, and display strong communication to all levels within the business.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in training & development desired
- Highly organised and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-motivated, results-orientated and proactive attitude
- A passion for growing and developing our people

**Additional Information**
- Part-time opportunity, 4 days per week
- Commence ASAP. Interviews taking place now
- Located at Head Office, South Melbourne (Tues and Thurs onsite. Plus flexible working arrangements based on the monthly Induction schedule and team needs)
