Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Program team are seeking a competent AO5 temporary full-time Program Secretariat to provide high level secretariat support for project governing bodies and to assist in leading the discipline to enable the best practice provision of high-quality project support and administrative services to the P&SCO Program.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced project team environment and prioritise/organise work within strictly defined deadlines and to the required quality.
- Substantial experience in developing standardised templates and providing mentoring and support to staff regarding best practice project support procedures.
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service, quality and teamwork.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- There are no mandatory qualifications required for appointment to this position, but possession of relevant qualifications will be favourably regarded.
- While not mandatory, relevant professional qualifications (such as PRINCE2) would be well regarded.
- Ability to travel intra-state may be a requirement of this role.
- This is a position within the Department of Health and the Public Hospitals Fringe Benefits Tax exemption cap does not apply.
- Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident of Australia.
- COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Requirement, It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70).
