**About the Role**:
This high-profile program of works will change the way the department manages, analyses, reports and uses its data, bringing our processes, technology and capabilities in-line with contemporary best-practice. The program will strengthen our ability to support schools, regions and corporate staff in making evidence-informed decisions that enable the delivery of quality education and early childhood services.
As the Program Support Officer, you will provide program administration support to the PMO Manager and other key Project resources. This includes overseeing and monitoring effective time management practices, including coordinating and arranging diary appointments and meetings, prioritising correspondence and supporting efficient reviews and approvals, and supporting recruitment activities and the onboarding of new team members. You will also provide secretariat support to project governing bodies.
This role will be part of a dynamic team consisting of technical and non-technical staff, and will collaborate with key stakeholders across the department, and government, including PMO channels of communication.
