**About The Role**

Sportsbet’s Customer Sustainability Function exists to drive category leading customer safety and integrity experiences to ensure the business has the most sustainable customer base for generations to come.

This high profiled function within the Customer Department comprises of the following functions:

- AML: Customer AML/CTF and Fraud capability
- Safer Gambling: Responsible Gambling Operations Team
- Delivery: A strategy, delivery and performance improvement team.

The Initiative Lead is a valuable role within Customer Sustainability and collaborates with the leadership team to define initiatives and business requirements to address our strategic agenda, performance issues and / or optimisation opportunities. You will also work closely with Product, Technology, Data Platforms and Data Science to deliver and support those initiatives and solutions to teams across Sportsbet.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Initiative and Solution Project Management and Delivery**:Develop and lead portfolio level programs of work, including managing scope and schedules for infight initiatives.
- **Initiative and Solution Development**: Facilitate the collaboration with Customer Sustainability Leadership team to define initiatives and / or solutions to performance issues and / or optimisation opportunities. This will include developing business requirements and high-level functional designs.
- **Stakeholder Management and Governance**: Manage relationships with Leadership, Product, Technology and Data stakeholders regarding Customer Sustainability strategy, emerging risks and issues.
