**Role Description/Criteria**

**Role Description**:
Year Level/Subject: Junior

This role requires someone who is committed to fostering strong relationships with a children, staff and families. We believe all children can learn and we believe all children have the right to experience success. We hope all staff join us on special occasions out of school hours and embrace our love of learning.

This community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.

This role is for the rest of year as a short-term contract starting ASAP as a replacement position working 4 days per week 8:30am - 1pm (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays).

**Special Requirements**:

- Completed Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent Early Childhood qualifications/experience
- Demonstrated ability to implement Individual Student Personalised Learning Plans
- Demonstrated ability to keep daily records of student learning adhering to Student Personalised Learning Plans
- Ability to be flexible, calm and consistent
- Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality and privacy of all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills including the capacity to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, families and external professionals
- Ability to work in a team
