Excellent strategic role managing the Elgas Midstream Supply Operations function across Australia and New Zealand

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are responsible for operations management for product suppliers and optimization of supply points uplift to ensure lowest cost supply for Elgas
- Work with other Midstream team members to ensure that Elgas LPG supply chain is optimized considering customer service considerations, varying haulage rates, product cost and supply constraints at each supply source
- Focus on managing Midstream Supply Operations HSE performance to prevent HSE accidents, injuries and incidents
- You shall ensure strict adherence to all HSE related laws, regulations, codes, standards and develop Midstream Supply Operations HSE strategy
- Your responsibility includes overseeing the modelling and analysis of the Elgas Supply Operations supply chain to identify opportunities to secure efficiency and productivity gains and realize associated cost savings
- Furthermore, you will negotiate and manage all Midstream LPG contracts (acquisition and sales) including contracts negotiation, contract management including legal signoff, compliance to Linde HSE and other policies, risk and exposure limits etc
- In conjunction with the GM Midstream, develop and oversee the implementation of Elgas Midstream Strategy. Review different transport modes (e.g., road, rail, ship, etc.) and different road transport fleet options on a regular basis. Prepare annual Supply Operations plan and monthly reporting

**What makes you great**
- You have a minimum of five years’ experience preferably in supply and/or trading. Successfully managing a substantial supply & trading business area with contract management expertise
- You come with extensive exposure to operational, strategic, and commercial aspects of supply chain management
- Hands on experience in Supply Operations HSE management
- Professional and technical competence surrounding supply and transport operations transport HSE & legislation
- You hold Tertiary qualification; degree or equivalent with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in a senior role of a business unit in a 3PL environment, knowledge of DG Supply Operations & Scheduling management with expertise in large-scale supply scheduling systems and processes (desirable)
- You possess excellent stakeholder management with conflict resolution skills
