Our client is an Australian based firm with an international presence accross North America and Asia. Their funds under advice total approximately 75 billion and have been a household name since their founding. They are ASX listed and have provided financial advisory services to private, institutional and corporate clients.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business development associate to join our team. As a BDA, you will be responsible for supporting the head of wholesale by developing relationships with various accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure their ongoing success on our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling high level queries, develop and maintain key relationships with intermediary clients; from Financial Planners to Institutional clients.
- Managing client onboarding and proactively seek out operational solutions in support of advisors and their clients, from trading requirements to settlement follow ups, handling placements and sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of key account strategies
- Providing trading support and taking order instructions while building an understanding of ASX operating and trading rules

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
- A passion for relationship management and demonstrate strong client presentation skills
- A willing attitude to learn and motivation for results
- A good understanding of the financial product landscape in Australia including financial planning, stockbroking and managed accounts.
