**Your responsibilities in your new position**:
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the Program Coordinator to support broader program needs as required
- ** Coordinate**: returns and prepare agenda, presentations, rooms, and attendees for forums
- ** Manage**: task tracking and reporting, via SharePoint and MS Teams
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in project schedule development
