We are an Australian owned ICT MSP, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, servicing over 50% of the NSW State Government and over 700 enterprise customers.

**About the role**

You will manage a portfolio of AC3’s high value accounts and be responsible for engaging with our scale customers. You will build strong client relationships, develop account management strategies, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, identify opportunities to grow accounts and define and execute on key sales plays.

Pivotal to building our sales capability by partnering and consulting with our sales operations team and technical teams to ensure we deliver the right product and services that align with our customer's needs and business goals.
- Follow sales cadence process to encourage and reinforce group commitment of quality customer service, ensuring long term customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
- Deeply understand top 10 account’s challenges and opportunities to identify how AC3 can make a difference to the customers business
- Engage and coordinate necessary internal resources to progress and close deals
- Support / Develop understating of tender and proposal processes

**Essential experience**

This is an entry level associate role - no sales experience required

Whilst training and guidance will be provided, we are looking for people with these qualities:
