Exciting opportunity to join a leading waste management company on a temporary basis.
Your new company:
This is a full-time assignment for approximately 4-6 months. You will be joining a reputable Manufacturing company with a team of talented individuals based in Epping.

Your new role:
The primary objective of the Accounts Payable is to provide support to the Finance Manager by working closely with and supporting the Management Accountants to achieve the overall finance and organisation objectives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Ensure all payables are processed accurately, on time, in accordance with the company’s policy and complying with accounting standards.
- Process invoices for goods and services received by the company, using the correct cost centre
- Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed, matched to short payments and / or processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for the reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure that all aged items are addressed and followed through to resolution.
- Ensure AP month end GL accounts are reconciled and all reconciliation items and supported by appropriate comments.
- Maintain accurate supplier records
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees and suppliers
- Respond to all staff and supplier queries
- Other ad hoc duties from time to time, including assisting Finance team members and supporting the smooth functioning of the Finance function
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
