City Xray is looking for a Marketing Specialist to promote our clinics throughout the CBD, particularly brand awareness in the Mongolian community. We are looking for a marketing specialist to be responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing strategies. As a referrer liaison, they will identify areas for service development and maintain strong referral base relationships.

This is a Full Time position with flexible work locations. Work from offices at Martin Place/Haymarket plus Days at Home.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and manage marketing communications to our current referral base including general practice, ADF, corporates, insurance companies and the broader community;
- Prioritise building new referral community networks, in particular building Mongolian community and referrer awareness in a bid to promote our Mongolian speaking sonographers.
- Support Branch Managers by meeting with them at their practices, liaising with specific referrers on their behalf and providing support and feedback to the practice.
- Work in close consultation with the CEO and marketing team to develop VXG marketing and digital communications strategy.
- Analytical assessment of internal referrer reports to anticipate trends and plan effective marketing strategies to respond.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Organise community functions and key networking events;
**Social Media Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the company’s multiple social media profiles, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional networks.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific channels to spread both our brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from new audiences.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence that engages our audience and supports marketing goals.

**GENERAL**:

- Maintain duty of care and confidentiality.
- Display a courteous and professional attitude.
- Participate with meetings, alternate locations and overtime when necessary.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Public relations experience with strong marketing background.
- Proficiency in using social media software, with a command of each network and their best practices as well as ability to monitor social media conversations.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- The ability to speak Mongolian as well as English is required.
