**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative
- Conduct word processing over a variety of functions within the business which covers a broad range of professional presentation types of documents
- Ability to communicate well and work within a small, close knit team
- Participate in tasks associated with the issuing and recording of invoicing - obtaining POs and organising statutory declarations, maintaining, and updating invoice registers, provide daily and weekly invoicing data as required to finance
- Manage the ordering of printed stationery and business cards
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, car hire for directors and staff
- Assist with office organisational tasks when directed, to assist with the Business Management Team’s responsibilities as required
- Regular reception relief for breaks and leave absences
- Assist reception with housekeeping stock ordering
Business Development & Marketing
- Facilitate Local Area Marketing (LAM) role including correct branding, logo artwork and staff newsletters
- Respond to requests for information from other RLB offices and attend LAM teleconferences
- Disseminate press clippings to directors, associates, and staff
- Carry out ad-hoc marketing tasks as requested
- Assist with the administrative component of event coordination
**Requirements**:
- 3 years administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (40 wpm)
- Great time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Medium to Advanced experience of the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using InDesign is preferred
