**Program Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A newly created opportunity for a Program Manager based in Sydney to join the newly created Project Governance and Advisory team at Domain.

Reporting into our Head of Project Governance & Advisory, the team has been created to support project leaders in the delivery of projects through the provision of governance, structure, tools, processes and consistency in approach.

**Who are you?**
You will be excited to take a hands-on role, delivering one of the four strategic programs underway at Domain - The Enterprise Platforms Big Rock.

The Enterprise Platform Big Rock Transformation comprises of a number of projects to unify, simplify, and automate our products and services. The program enables and better automates sales CRM, pricing, booking, fulfilment, billing, and finance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with C-suite Group Leaders and Business Unit leaders to execute on key strategic pillars of Domain Group’s marketplace strategy. Given you will be leading the execution of some of Domain’s most critical strategic initiatives and frequently engaging with C-Suite and Business Unit leaders, you will have an unique opportunity to develop and grow your career.

**You will have**:

- Extensive experience in senior project/program management roles
- Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex technology-based programs of work
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including partnering with executive team and senior management on projects
- Detailed practical experience of delivering programs and projects utilising Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in managing vendor partners supporting delivery in geographically diverse locations
- Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Experience in Product / Tech focused organisations is also preferred
